I have missed the first part of this awesome Kite Festival, but that's fixed now! 😃 You did a great job with those beautiful photos. The blue sky and colorful kites are amazing!
Having a yellow warning for strong winds at the moment makes me think why nobody organized something similar to this here at my place... I know some of the beaches in the area, the wind is blowing almost 24/7, and it would be great to see something like this live!

I really enjoyed the pictures you captured on the road, perhaps because they're so different from what I see on Venezuelan roads. It's clear you found a way to have a good time, and I think adding this music to the adventure is a brilliant idea that enhances the positive aspects of the experience. I love listening to Miranda Lambert, but Bon Jovi's classics and the band itself are my favorites today. I'm just discovering Megan Moroney's song now, and it's already captivated me, hahaha.

The sea is truly exciting, as you say, it relaxes the mind and even inspires, although it means many things, from work, ways of acquiring food, families far away on the other side. It may have a different meaning for everyone, but it is still the imposing sea. And the hours when the sun caresses it, at dawn and dusk, are the best, as that last photo shows. The reflections are spectacular.
I also found a great friend in the sea, a source of life and inspiration.

The personal story you're telling us is absolutely terrifying. I know that objects can absorb energy, often from their owners, but in this case, that doll definitely had something strange about it; it didn't need batteries to work, so to speak. I think you did the right thing by throwing it away. I would have burned it, just in case. I'm laughing as I write this, but the truth is that this story is very similar to others where dolls move, for example.
As I said, there are good and bad energies, and some bad ones inhabit objects.

It's far from being a "small collection" of coins and banknotes! When you began the post, I was thinking you would have a small, amateur collection, while you had a top-notch, world-covered collection! I do remember most of those SFRJ banknotes, and a couple of dozen others... lol... I suppose they almost ran out of ideas for banknotes, back in the days of hyperinflation... 😂
