OurPick encouragement program is part of the @Liotes ecosystem, where quality posts are curated. Authors are encouraged to continue creating content, adding value to various communities, and contributing to Hive in general.

Occasionally, we will select a couple of outstanding posts that we find particularly interesting and suggest them for your further reading... We hope it will help authors as an additional promotional tool... We support creators with our upvotes in Hive, but also in other tribe tokens! These Hive-Engine tribes add extra value to the entire ecosystem, helping authors and curators follow their niches and dreams...

Yesterday, I was in my local library, but not to pick some read, but to do some work in quiet surroundings... π But, I miss the days when I had time for reading books, when I used them for re-reading some of the classics, but this time in Spanish, to broaden my vocabulary... Your post inspired me to find my old membership card and to prepare it for the next library visit...
I know, I know... There are e-books, but I still prefer the good old paper... Btw, I could easily read Peeps, as it ticks the boxes I like... Blade-style vampires, science-based explanations, "possible scenario", rebel YA characters... Sounds like an easy read, which could replace watching ridiculous TV news/shows and YT shorts infinite scroll... π

How beautiful it is to see how the green and colors of the flowers stand out against the brown tones of the dry leaves, how they make their way through and life reemerges after the harsh winter.
I have a friend who lived in Germany for 10 years and tells me about those endless winters, the snow and the thoughts, the darkness and the sadness, but that everything comes back to life with the sprouts. Those sprouts that I see in your wonderful photos that announce that good weather is coming. Let's enjoy the good weather!

While I do like vampires, zombies, and similar stuff, I never watched the original The Walking Dead TV show! π± On the other side, I did read the original comic book, which kept me interested until the last page...
I had no idea that there was this series too, but I suppose because of the success of the original, there is more than one... Anyways, usually they make 1 season well, and then try to "milk the cow" until the last drop by creating new seasons... Similar to you, I hated the boy from the Dexter TV show! π The actor wasn't good for that role at all, and he ruined the complete season...

I was captivated by Sergei Bortkiewicz from the first two paragraphs of this post, where you perfectly describe what I've always imagined walking in the Golden Gate area to be likeβsuch an iconic place that inspires me from afar. That sound is perfect and fits with what it conveys to me. You've just reminded me that we're currently preparing two choral works, but by another Sergei π€ I'm loving Rachmaninoff; I'd never had the chance to sing his music before, but since it came into my life two weeks ago, I think I've become happier β€οΈ

"Each bend I conquer brings me closer to my goal."
I love what you said, climbing that hill is like life itself, every time you climb a little higher it's an achievement that offers beautiful views like the ones I see in the photographs.
I think the birds are probably very used to people and aren't so scared. They give you the chance to take photos of them. Most importantly, hiking is very good for your physical health, but also for your mind. What a beautiful walk and what spectacular views.

Your presence at Hive Open Mic always brightens my week. Yes, what you offer now with your acoustic guitar is different, but it's just as wonderful, because you have the talent, no matter what instrument you use. You always focus on sharing quality, and that has made you an example at Hive, and surely beyond Hive as well. Always wishing you the best, brother, bravo! May your success continue and may more blessings rain down upon you...
