Hahahahahah.... Sorry, I have to laugh at your storytelling, but I know it wasn't funny when you were a kid, getting those slaps on your knuckles! 😃 I remember the stories that my dad was telling me about him getting slaps from his teacher... But, tbh, he probably deserved them... 🤣
In my time, I remember only a couple of incidents where my ENGLISH teacher was chasing my friend with a ruler all over the classroom, or trying to hit him with a chalk from a distance... 😂
And it's amazing how your schoolmates didn't understand you, and you were speaking the same language... On the other side, having some experience with Scottish peeps here in Spain, I wouldn't understand them probably! 😂

What an interesting place for a visit! I was expecting Veliko Trnovo to be much closer to the capital, but after looking at the map, it appears that it's not. I suppose it's hard to get to this place "by accident", but it's definitely worth visiting!
It's good to see that the fortress is very well-preserved, and even the walls around it look great! When I compare it with some of the castles here in Spain, the one that you shared looks much better... I know that the time differences can be huge, but still, it's always nice to see pieces of history still standing!

I read it without flour and I was interested because it's not always easy to make a dessert without it. I love bananas and the combination with chocolate is great, even more so if it has nuts. Plus, the presentation looks spectacular and the ingredients are easy to find. As you mention, it's a much healthier option, with lots of vitamins, minerals, and protein, without so many carbohydrates.
This dessert or cake is ideal with a nice cup of coffee with milk or a cup of hot chocolate. In my case, since I'm Argentine, it's even better with mate in the afternoon.

A design and text that is different from what you usually do, dark, mysterious, and chilling to all who inhabit that space. Not even the bird wants to stay near those beings or entities that look like gargoyles. They are going to take over everything there, and it is best to stay away. I would. They look like entities from a dark plane, spreading terror wherever they go.
I love the result, both the mixture of the wolf and the creature's red eyes, located in the lake but blooming, producing even more horror.

If there weren't cars in these photos, you could easily tell people that you were walking on the Moon! It's amazing how inaccessibly looks, almost the same as some sand desert, but with rocks...
Good to hear that you succeed to past that broken bridge, as going back after so many hours would be a huge bummer...

Often things don't go well, and this can refer to different areas of life, in this case work, and it's best not to focus on the bad but to distract your mind as you have done, so as not to give mental strength to the bad moment. It's not always easy to do that, but you've managed it. Things are cyclical and that will change.
The photo selection you've made is excellent. You started with the door as the entrance to see some very good photos, and since I like cats so much, I'll tell you that those two are my favorites, even though Clara looks very thoughtful.
