It’s a quick and easy way to prepare courgettes; I love them, in fact, I love most vegetables, even though I’m not a vegetarian. I’d like to try this recipe, perhaps as a side dish, but also, as you mentioned, when we’re feeling peckish, like for an afternoon snack. I’m fine with that. Plus, the garlic and coriander give the courgettes a special flavour.
A lot of people don’t like vegetables, but I think with these flavours you can try something quite different, and it doesn’t take long to make.

I can just imagine what the hairdresser must have thought, being only 23, when you asked him if he’d cut your hair under a tree – and when I thought about it, I smiled. Many young people have no idea what things were like in the past. And it’s true that hairdressing salons have become very sophisticated, as have many places dedicated to enhancing beauty, particularly for women, though for men too.
Nowadays, as well as cutting hair, they want to offer a different kind of experience, particularly comfort and things that are pleasing to the eye; before... let’s say... everything was more practical.

Do you know what the most wonderful thing about your review is? Your personal story, your experience – the fact that you used to go to your neighbours’ house to watch cartoons, and how, when they weren’t in the mood, they’d shut everything up so you couldn’t go in. Those stories, which form the backdrop to your experience with those cartoons, are what hold the most value.
I’m familiar with the three cartoons you mention; excellent examples, all three of them, by the way. Of those, the ones I watched most were Daffy Duck and Tom and Jerry. Often they don’t need to speak to make you laugh; those cartoons were the best. And the important thing is that you enjoyed them, and through this excellent review you’ve been transported back to your childhood for a few moments. I’ve loved this contribution

I was thinking as I read what you wrote: imperfection is part of life. If you see imperfections in those photographs, I see hidden treasures; it always depends on each person’s perspective. For example, the cat in the corner has a sad look, and you managed to capture it, or Francisco at your front door, it brings back memories.
Just as there are no perfect people, the same goes for photos sometimes, but as I said, it all depends on who’s looking at them. You’re an exemplary photographer, and if your eye led you to take those photos, it’s for a reason. Excellent composition.
