My Water Bottle (LOH #213).

I minimized my intake of water after a few months of relocating to a different state and that's because of the production of sachet water within my environment. If there's one substance my system rejects is the consumption of impurified water, It is so bad that I wouldn't just fall ill and begin medication but also have to treat the rash that most times appears on my skin, face especially.

I, however, found a good water factory and settled on that but still yet my low intake of water had already become an unhealthy habit which of course got me sick again and this time was due to low blood.
This became the very moment I began taking water seriously again. Before my relocation, My day always starts with a cup of water, (normal temperature water). Tasty or not.. and also before leaving the house.

When at work, I try also to drink more after I have my first meal. Honestly, I most times lose my appetite for food during the morning hours and I probably guess that could be due to the nature of my work.
I drink water more than I eat and have never had a reason to worry about sickness unlike after relocation. At last, I returned to my first tradition. It isn’t easy starting something you’ve left for a long while especially if the necessities aren’t always there. This made me get more packs of the water company preference and also a water bottle that I could carry around easily ever since I began this arrangement I never needed to worry about falling sick no matter my busy schedule and by the way am always with an extra can of water as a refill by the time the first fill gets finished and oh! I love drinking from my water bottle more too. lol
