SELF ACHIEVEMENT.

YOU CAME TO THIS WORLD WITH A MISSION THAT ONLY BELONGS TO YOU, AND YOU CHOSE, SO I INVITE YOU TO ASK YOURSELF WHAT WAS MISSING TO ACHIEVE THOSE GOALS AND HOW MANY EXCUSES DID YOU MAKE?

Everyone has a mission or purpose that God has created for him or her, be it Christian, Muslim, traditionalist, or idol worshiper. There is a mission for you to accomplish. I will start by talking about myself.While growing up, I had so many dreams.I wanted to become a media person, a doctor, an actor, a fashion designer, and a model. Funny, 🤣 right? I know.I wanted to become all that. But life happens, and Mummy wanted me to become a doctor. Hmm 🤔, as time goes on, I find out that I wasn't good with science.

So one dream down.I decided that I could become a media person, so after my high school, I gained admission into the university. I applied for mass communication, but the school management gave me languages and linguistics.

I accepted the course, but unfortunately my result wasn't complete, so I got rejected yet again.People told me to defer my admission for another year, but I refused because I wanted to go to school at all costs. And the only available course was social studies education. And I accepted it. Oh, lest I forget, Dad and Mom were both teachers. Maybe God wanted me to follow their footsteps. I went into that course with my full chest. As time goes on, I begin to enjoy every bit of it. When I went for my teaching practice in a public school, I had a good relationship with the students.

And that makes teaching fun 😊. After my graduation, I went for my National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). I was yet again posted to school to teach. And that I find my purpose. I love teaching; it was fun. I also teach in the church Sunday school. After my NYSC, I got a teaching job in one of the private schools then. I was still teaching until I met my soulmate. I call him BEST GIFT, and I walked down the aisle with him.

I stop teaching after my wedding and begin doing business. I have no regrets for not working; I feel fulfilled already. Let me tell you something that happened during my NYSC days. I remember I told you that I was a teacher, right? So in one of my classes, there was a topic in the civil education subject that I took; the topic was about child abuse.

After the class. A young teenage girl met me and explained to me how her uncle had been sleeping with her, and to her understanding of what I taught them then, he was actually abusing her. After explaining everything to me, I took her to the school management, and immediately the school took the cases. Today the girl is free, and I feel fulfilled for that one act. And I thank God for using me to save the girl.

Today I am a businesswoman and a mother. I still teach my kids. I have no excuse and no regrets. Thank you for reading my story.
