Being a practical and hands on person, I'd probably choose to rebuild too, this way I can directly contribute to bringing my vision to life and working through the process of getting there. I like already built homes only for inspiration :)

We think alike on this, built homes are an inspiration for my taste that I think will be better and according to how I like it.
