My Perfect Afternoon

My perfect afternoon is one that reflects who I truly am, a person who loves people and at the same time loves serving God. Yes I am a very social person and also a very spiritual one. Some people might find that surprising, but that is simply who I am. I always try to maintain balance in my life. I enjoy social activities, but I also make sure that my spiritual life remains strong. People who know me well understand that I do not live a questionable or double life, and I don't pretend, I try to be the same person everywhere I go.

For me, a perfect afternoon is not spent resting or watching television. Most afternoons, I dedicate my time to preaching the good news of God's kingdom. You will often find me moving from door to door, street to street, and sharing encouraging words from the Bible with anyone willing to listen. It is something I truly enjoy doing because I believe people need hope, comfort and guidance, expecially in the kind of world we are living in today.

On days when I am not out on the streets, I continue the work from home. I spend quality time on my phone calling or massaging people, discussing spiritual topics, and teaching them about God. In one way or another, every afternoon I am either outside speaking to people or at home using my phone to reach out and encourage someone spiritually.

What makes this afternoon perfect for me is the joy it brings. When I return home in the evening, I feel refreshed, peaceful, and fulfilled. Knowing that I spent my time helping others learn about God gives me a deep sense of happiness that is hard to describe. It has become a meaningful part of my life and something I truly cherish.

At the same time, this spiritual routine does not stop me from enjoying my social side. I still attend parties and celebrations once in a while because I believe life should have balance. After all, parties comes occasionally, but my afternoons of sharing the good news of God's kingdom have become a regular part of my life.
