Bible My Self Developer
I am not that movie person, and before now, I don't read often. But there is this book that has truly shaped my life, it has a powerful impact on who I am today, despite the fact that I don't like reading, but I love reading that book. That book is the BIBLE.
It contains God's message, for us today. It shows us how to live our lives successfully and how to gain God's approval. It answers many life questions. It gives good advice for all, be it children, young ones, father, mother, single father or mother, widows, widowers and single ones.
Before now, I'm easily provoked. Whenever I got angry, I would speak without thinking, I will end up saying things I would later regret. But through reading of the Bible, I have learnt the importance of self control. I have learnt how to think before I talk, I have also learnt how to choose my words carefully and not to react impulsively.
Life can be challenging, and sometimes people will push you beyond limits and act like the victim after hurting you. The Bible has helped me understand how to deal with such people. The Bible has guided me on when to speak up and when to remain calm. It has taught me patience, peace, and wisdom in handling conflicts.
Bible has helped me manage my family better, it has helped me train up my children in a Godly way. It has helped me to learn how to avoid unnecessary interference in other people's matters and focus on my responsibilities.
Yes, if I were to go on about how this book has impacted my life, time would fail me. But one thing is sure, I would keep recommending it to anyone that is seeking personal growth, anyone seeking inner peace , wisdom, and better relationship with others.
