Good day, people of Hive! Welcome to my blog. Today's topic is from Ladies of Hive which says: Did someone support you during your hardest time? How did they help?. So let's dive in.

When I think about people who have supported me during my hardest times, my siblings are the first. They have always been there for me whenever I needed help, support, and shoulder to leanon. And after them is my family. But there is one particular moment that I will never forget, and it involved my closest friend Roseline.

There was a time when I needed money urgently to pay in school and it's #3,500. I knew I could call my siblings and they would definitely give me the money, but I just chose not to call them at that moment. I was worried about where I would get the money from, but I kept everything to myself and kept praying. I didn't tell anyone about it, not even my closest friend Roseline.

What surprised me was that my friend somehow knew that I needed help, which still baffles me till now that how did she know. We were always together 24/7, so she knew me very well. Without telling me, she spoke to her boyfriend about my situation. Her boyfriend also knew both of us because he always saw us together and knew we are close. So one day, she came to me and gave me #5,000, saying her boyfriend asked her to give me.

Honestly, I was shocked. The money came at exactly the time I needed it most. I was so happy that I almost cried. What touched me even more was that I never told her I needed money, and I also knew she was also struggling and it's her boyfriend that always helps her because she's living with her uncle's family. I asked her, "How did you know I needed money?" She smiled and said, "Tosin, I know you just like you know me. And I could tell that you needed help, so I spoke to my boyfriend and he asked me to give you this money."

Honestly, that day is something I can never forget. I was surprised because I never told her anything, yet she knew something was wrong. It made me realize that some friends truly pay attention to us, even when we try to hide our struggles and problems.

Till today, I still appreciate what she and her boyfriend did for me. That #5,000 came at the right time, and I will always be grateful for their kindness.
