Being away from this community have make me miss a lots of things but then again, me being away is unavoidable. It's good to be here again in this lovely community and thanks to those who keep it active always.
This week question is really a thoughtful one. We need to always take care of ourselves and that is the best gift we can ever given ourselves. It is good to always know our health condition in order to know wh0at to avoid and how to take care of our health to avoid this deadly disease call breast cancer.
Breast cancer is one of the deadliest disease that can affect people both physically and mentally. Even though not many have the capacity to go to hospital for full body check up, we can still follow up on on our health by little touch at home. Though it can't give us an accurate results but at times, doing something even though we know it might not be accurate is better than not doing anything at all.
Not many care to know their health status because they thought what you don't know won't kill you but this disease have changed the word upside down, it is now what you don't know kill you the most. One of my aunty was a victim of this deadly disease but she was a survivor. I was still young and clueless about what is call breast cancer, I later learned of it from her and when I come of age, I do my own research about it.
I happened to enter on her while she was dressing and she quickly wrapped herself, she scolded me for not knocking before coming in and I said I was sorry but I already saw what she was trying to hide, the amount of damage this disease did to my aunty and I know bit won't end in only physical damage.
As a young girl with an innocent mind, I couldn't hold what I saw in and I don't know who to ask and I later went to her after much contemplating and I asked in most stupid way. I asked her why she only have one breast and she looked at me and laughed, though not a real laugh more like a sad laugh. She said may you never experience what took on of my breast because not many survive it.
Even though she survive it, their are some follow up she has to do and their are drugs she need to continue in order to prevent reoccurrence. Breast cancer is the worst experience, let all take care of ourselves because health is precious.
Thanks for checking on my blog and have a wonderful day

Your Aunt recognized the opportunity to make it a valuable teaching moment to make us more diligent in caring for our own health. Her experience in enduring the follow up medication side effects are sure to be another story.
I lost my best friend to cancer a year ago, so I am too familiar with this disease,
