The Truth About Love #209

Happy new week to all the beautiful ladies of Hive! We thank God for life, and this week brings us to an important question in relationships: does everyone have a soulmate?

My name is Faith Gifty, and I’d like to share some insights from my own relationship experiences over the years. I’ve learned that every experience, whether good or bad, teaches us something. So join me on this journey as we explore the idea of a soulmate.

What We All Should Know

Each of us falls into a unique category of personality, something that goes beyond just body and appearance. Some people love being around those who enjoy talking, while others prefer the company of quieter people.

Now, don’t get me wrong; I’m not saying everyone is either loud or quiet. We each have our own personalities that make us unique. This individuality shapes how we connect in business, friendships, family relationships, and, of course, romance.

Where Young People Often Get It Wrong

One common mistake people make, especially the younger ones, is thinking that anyone can be "made" for them. Whether it’s in business or relationships, this isn’t always true. If someone isn’t compatible with you, it’s going to be difficult to build a lasting connection, whether it’s a business partnership or a romantic relationship.

We all have a true match for our soul. Unlike magnets where opposites attract, in relationships, the narrative changes - like polls attracts and unlike repels. Finding someone similar in values and personality makes things easier. If you don’t find someone who’s truly compatible, maintaining the relationship can become a struggle.

Take my friend as an example. She met a guy she really loved, and she did all the right things to nurture their relationship. But despite her efforts, they eventually went their separate ways. It made me wonder: if they had gotten married and even had children, would they still have ended up apart?

Don’t Fall for Just Emotions

It’s important not to fall for emotions alone, because not everyone you feel strongly about is meant to be your soulmate. Many of us sometimes rush into relationships without truly understanding if the other person is compatible with our unique makeup.

The truth is, you can have strong feelings for someone who isn’t in the same “category” as you, and that can lead to misunderstandings and challenges. Some people are meant to be in our lives as friends, not as soulmates.
So, my honest response to this topic is that, yes, everyone has a soulmate.
However, not everyone you meet is meant to be that soulmate. Take the time to understand the people you form relationships with and see if they truly align with who you are.

Other Suggestions I have as regards

Don’t let emotions alone lead you.

Goodbye for now until I come your way. Happy new week Ladies, do have the best of fun and self love. Bye.

That’s so true!
Most people went in the wrong paths with others because they didn’t take the time to get that deeper level of understanding they needed. Not everyone you meet that you have a deeper connection with is your soulmate. If you follow connections and how you feel, you’ll always be heartbroken.
