Come closer let's discuss.
Listen, nobody will remember your hustle.

They will only remember what your hustle built.

We are all busy chasing something like money, fame, social media followers, cars, fine houses. But one day, you will realize the truth that old people already know.

You will not be remembered for what you bought.
But, you will be remembered for what you built.

That is LEGACY.

Legacy is not what you leave for people.
Legacy is what you leave in people.

Ask yourself honestly.

If you die today, what continues?

Will your children only inherit your properties, or will they inherit your principles?
Will people only miss your money, or will they miss your wisdom?
Will your name disappear with your Instagram account, or will your name still open doors after you are gone?

Most of us are building a life.
Wise people are building a legacy.

A life ends.
A legacy never ends.

See, money makes you rich for a lifetime.
Legacy makes you rich even after death.

Your grandfather died, but you are still enjoying that land he kept.
Your grandmother died, but you are still using that recipe she taught your mother.
A teacher died 20 years ago, but you are still living by the advice he gave you.

That is simply legacy.

So how do you build legacy?

• Live for something bigger than yourself.
  If your dream only benefits you, it's too small. Legacy starts when you say how can my life make life easier for others?
  The biggest legacy is not in what you achieve, but in who you lift.

• Plant trees yu will never seat under.
  This is the hardest one. We want quick results. Legacy people plant cocoa that they may never harvest. They build schools their own children may never attend. They write books they may never see go viral. They do it anyway.

• Your character is your true legacy.
  Your children will forget how much was in your account. They will never forget how you treated their mother. How you treated people when you had power. Whether you were honest when lying would have been easier. Character is the only thing you take with you and leave behind at the same time.

• Write it down and teach it.
  Legacy dies when we keep everything in our head.
  Document what you know.
  Teach what you know.
  Record that business idea.
  Teach your son that skill.
  Teach your daughter that principle.
  What you don't transfer will die with you.

Look around you right now.

The phone you are using is someone's legacy. Steve Jobs is gone, but his legacy is in your hand.
The religion you practice, the language you speak, the food you eat, all legacy from someone who refused to be forgotten.

You too are someone's ancestor in the future.

What will your great-grandchildren say about you?

Will they say, he just lived and died or will they say because he lived, our path was easier?

Don't just make a living.
Make a difference.

Don't just count your years.
Make your years count.

Don't just leave money.
Leave a mark.

Because at the end, all of us will be forgotten.
But legacy people, they refuse to be forgotten.
They live twice.

Once in their lifetime.
And again in the lives they touched.
