My Personal Care Routine: Keep It Simple, Keep It Sharp. Loh301

I am not going to stand here and say that I have a kind of 10 step skin care process or a full box of products that always take me half an hour to use each morning. Thats absolutely not me, In my view the best way to do personal care, is the simplest, Be attractive, smell good and be sharp, So there's really nothing much to it.

The first thing that I do take serious is how I look when I leave the house, Neatness is not in the way the finest clothing is worn or the latest fashions are followed, it is all about how you arrange yourself as a person, Ironing clothes, cleaning shoes, matching clothes, With a good appearance, people will listen before you even speak a word, this is just the way things are and it would be futile to lie about it.

For me, perfume is a must, I believe there is something in a good smell that enhances one's self-esteem in a way that is not rational, When you smell nice, you walk nice, Your posture's improved, i don't think you can spray too much, just enough so if you walk by somebody they don't get overrun, A perfume that is good is one of the most effective methods to make an impression without using any words.

Another big one is the hair, If your hair is long, short, natural or whatever you have it, it will make a huge difference if it is trimmed, or plaited , whatever and neat, uncombed and unrefined hair can detract from a sleek appearance, I do keep mine trimmed because a clean haircut is a thing which ties the whole skinny-dipper off, it means you listened to yourself, and it's always noticeable.

In addition to physical appearance, I believe there's something to be said for drinking enough water and sleeping properly, there is nothing in the world that can do anything to make up for lack of sleep , and water makes your skin look vibrant, which is difficult to fake.

It is that simple, no big tricks, no complicated rituals, just make sure you are consistent, be present every day looking tidy, clean smelling, with clean hair, a clean body , inside and out! You don't need to spend a lot or a lot of time on personal care ,It's just got to be planned, Make a great first impression, for better or worse , simple as that.
