LOH #279- I PREFER TEA TO COFFEE

Greetings my lovely and beautiful ladies on #ladiesofhives. Am happy to welcome you to my blog and also to participate on this week's contest and very interesting topic and judged by @elizabethbit.

Taking coffee or tea depends on choice or your mood at the time, both are good and lovely. Most people don't like black coffee because of the bitter taste, but one can take it by adding honey or sugar and it will make it tastes great and it's enjoyable mostly winter for energy and to warm up the body.

I could remember during my days in school, i would take black coffee for me to slime down because then I was kinda chummy and I will also dink it for reading at night so as to stay awake, i would take it then during the day I won't be able to sleep then severe headache follows up. At a time I stopped taking because it was affecting my health. Nescafe is good, but back then in school i will take one full tablespoon, maybe i was consuming it much that's why it affecting me. But currently there's this 3in 1 Nescafé coffee it tastes so great and creamy, I kinda prefer it than the black coffee now when ever i feel like to take coffee.

But for two years now or more, i stop taking coffee i only drink green teas, ginger teas and cinnamon tea than coffee because of my health condition which have become part of me. Not that it tastes so good but i don't have choice but when I add natural honey or dates as my sweetner it makes it tastes so great and refreshing. It also energised me for my daily activities.

Yes both tea and coffee are good and healthy but it depends on ones preference, For me right now and I will always prefer tea to coffee.
