When you are looking for someone fascinated by k-content, "just call my name already," that is how much I love k-content, especially their movies, and not just any movies, the particular ones that contain the "horror" genre in them.
I always tell people when you say an horror movie is authentic I think you should look at the Koreans for that, I don't know how they put all those incredible pieces together to create a masterpiece that would blow our minds away "my mind has been blown severally to different directions" currently I've lost tracked to the particular spot it is.
My love for K-dramas started in the days of "Boys Before Flowers" featuring every Nigerian girl's favorite actor, Lee Min Ho. K-dramas are known for their diverse genres and amazing storytelling.
Currently, I've developed a love for something else, but still in the K-content genre, well, it's called K-pop. Recently, I was scrolling through feeds on Facebook when I came across this popular Korean boy band. They are seven and have been together for a long time without disbanding, though the thoughts came when things became difficult for them and people started calling them out online by calling them different names like the "plagiarism boys".
They went through a lot, coming from a small town in South Korea, I believe you know the band I'm talking about right now. For the benefit of those who are still guessing, it's "BTS" hearing their stories and how they made it to fame still baffles me, but it is what it is.
Right now, I've updated my Playlist with their songs, often when I'm listening to their songs and mistakenly play them out loud. People would be like, "What are you even understanding here when they don't sing in English?" Well, I know what I'm understanding, and I don't have to explain it to people.
I love all seven guys in the band, but then just like they say love can't be equal, well, they aren't wrong because I still love one person more, and that is "Jungkook." he is the youngest in the band and very open-spirited.
Currently, they aren't just known in Korea, they are known all over the world and are making a big impact in the music industry. I find K-pop interesting and exciting.
