As a huge fan of K-dramas, Korean cuisine is one of the things I have developed a deep love for, and I'm excited to share some dishes that I would love to have on my table.
Gimbap: It happens to be one of my favorites; I love the shape and how delightful it looks. The fact that it is filled with a variety of ingredients like vegetables, meats, and eggs and wrapped in dried seaweed (gim) makes the food look interesting, and I adore how beautifully it's arranged on a plate, and I know it would taste just as good as it looks.
Tteokbokki: Another cuisine that always catches my eye is Tteokbokki. The chewy rice cakes cooked in a spicy and sweet gochujang-based sauce, along with fish cakes, boiled eggs, and scallions, make my mouth water just thinking about it. I know it would like this because of how spicy it is. I love the excitement I see in the faces of actors in movies when they eat it. I just love how vibrant the colors are and how the textures look so irresistible, and I can almost taste the bold flavors.
Gyeran Mari: Another meal I would also love to have on my table is a popular Korean rolled omelet dish made with beaten eggs, finely chopped vegetables, and sometimes ham or cheese. The layers of flavor and the soft, fluffy texture make it a perfect side dish.
kimchi: I don't think any meal would be complete without me having the almighty kimchi. I know I have heard a lot of people say it has a sour taste, even though I still want to taste it for myself. I love how they make it look spicy and how they ferment the vegetables. I crave its tangy, umami flavor. Whether it's served as a side dish or it's been used as an ingredient, kimchi adds a burst of flavor to any dish.
I would not mind having other Korean cuisine on my table, like Bulgogi, Japchae, Korean BBQ, and lots more. I would really love to have a taste of a lot of dishes; having a variety of different meals with different flavors, textures, and colors would make the dining a delightful experience.
THANK YOU FOR READING TO THE END 🤗

Korean food is something I have also fallen in love with even though I haven't tasted any yet. Just seeing them in dramas is just like I already know how good they are. Reading your post made me feel like we both have the same love for Korean food, the food you described are also my favorites, it's like you were speaking my own mind ❤️.
Awwwn 🥰
It's so good to know that we have the same taste in Korean food
