My Power Up Day

Greetings to my fellow Hivers, how is your weekend going? I hope it has been peaceful and productive. Welcome to my blog once more.

Every 1st day of each month is Hive Power Up Day and I was determined not to miss it. My alarm woke me up as usual, for months it has been a great challenge to me to always remember to power up. So a friend in this space advice that I set alarm for it which I did last February and it actually works.

As my alarm rang, though I was already busy in the kitchen cooking, yet I did not want to postpone, because if I say "later," I might forget. So I immediately wiped my hands clean and grab my phone to turn off the alarm.

Without wasting time, I opened my Hive keychain, check my balance.

I clicked on Hive and entered the amount I wanted to power up, I decided to power up 50 Hive.

Then I pressed the "Power Up" button, and was asked to confirm, which I did and it was successful.

Within seconds, i powered up successfully and I was happy. I am truly excited and proud of myself for successfully powering up throughout the entire month. With the help of my alarm reminding me each time. I managed to stay consistent and did not miss a single day. I was privileged to see my name mentioned among those who completed their power up for the month. That recognition had motivated me to keep going, putting in my best to stay consistent.
