I Can Wait... .:. November 1st HivePUD
Doing things in the last moments... Yeah, that's me... 😃 Even when I have 2-3 important topics ready to write, I still procrastinate until the last moment, then I get a 4th idea for the post, which I finally do... At 5 minutes to midnight... An idea came to mind after powering up my HIVE and seeing I didn't reach my November 1st goal! Of course, after that, the adequate GIF came to mind, which you will see later in the post... 😂

After the "general idea", the rest of the puzzle pieces come to their place... Checking out my previous #HivePUD photo thumbnail and realizing that my recent photo was very similar to last month's... Both from fishing, but from different lakes... What would fishing have with the topic "I can wait..." Well, everything! 😂
There are different types of fishing, and they are not the same... The one that I like the most is probably the most boring for "non-fishing" people... 😃 The one where you put the bait, cast a fishing rod, and wait... That's how carp fishing could be described in the simplest way... And I can be very patient waiting for the fish to move...
I remember when I was a kid, and I would go fishing with my father... We would go in a small fishing boat, drop an anchor in the middle of the Danube River, and cast our fishing rods... If the fish wouldn't move, 5-10 minutes after arrival, I would start asking my father when we would go home... 😂
Nowadays, I have noticed the opposite... When I would go fishing with my father, he would be the first to ask to go home... I suppose we have a peak in our lifetime when we have the most patience...
When we are kids, we want everything NOW, as in 5 minutes it's too late... As we get older, we appreciate every second of the rest of our life and don't want to spend it on "waiting"...

So, what is #HivePUD?
Just a short introduction to HivePUD... What does it mean at all? #HivePUD is short for the Hive Power Up Day. It's an event when Hive members power up their liquid HIVE and stop any active PowerDown! It all began with the great fellow Hivians @streetstyle and @traciyork, and it is held on the 1st day of every month.

Procrastinating until 5 minutes before midnight is just a stressful runtime loop, but executing a 2K HP power-up under pressure still gets the job done. The analogy between carp fishing and long-term staking is spot on. In a digital landscape where everyone wants immediate block confirmations and instant gratification, having the tactical patience to just sit back, manage your perimeter, and wait for the right market movement is a rare skillset. You’ll hit that 160K architecture benchmark in no time. Solid discipline.
I had a time today, I managed to write something about the situation in the country and my feelings, I even remembered that it is the first of the month.
And since I don't have an effective Hive for boosting HP, I bought Hive on Binance and then saw that it was not possible to withdraw.
That's why now I have to be patient, as they say, wait probably longer than those 5 minutes 🙂
This will be a very thin HPUD for me.
