TO SCHOOL OWNERS.

‎...if somebody ( either a parent or anyone ) comes in to your school , harras , assault or beat up your staff and go out scut free.
‎OR
‎if a law enforcement personel comes into your establishment , arrest or take away your staff and you permit them without enquiring to know who they are, where they come from, their arrest warrant and where they are taking your staff to. It means your establishment is not a safe place for anybody to work in.

‎Even the second level of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, talks about Safety. Meaning anyone working in your establishment needs the safety and security and as the employer this must be provided for them.

‎I keep hearing stories of how people gets into a school compound and assault a staff member without passing through the due process and they will still go out Scot free, these is not supposed to be happening. School owners and NUT should start looking into cases like this ( Both in public and private sectors ). If you have an issue with the school or her members, there are steps to follow to seek redress.

‎I was read a news of how some set of people stepped into a school , went away with a staff member in the name of arrest. And when the relatives of the staff came to the establishment to inquire from the employer where their daughter was taken to, the employer could not give any concrete explanation. This and many more have been happening especially in schools. Let's do well to protect this profession and ensure that our staff ( teachers in case of school ) feel safe and secured where they are working.
