Why is education system reform necessary?

Essentially, to continue your studies effectively, it is crucial for us to improve the state of education. Through education, we can build a beautiful nation and gift an educated one to the world. Without an educated nation, progress in life is never possible. Therefore, to improve life, we definitely need an educated nation and without a recognised nation, we can never improve ourselves. An educated nation is very necessary for our overall development and the development of society.
But if we want to create an educated nation, then we should definitely improve the quality of education. From where we will choose the wealth of our country, we should definitely improve it. If we cannot improve the education system, then this education system will deteriorate day by day.
Education is a fundamental right of a person. And that is why some people send their children to school only to absolve themselves of their own faults. When children go to school, teachers also take the responsibility of educating students only for the sake of the name. But that responsibility does not last long and children are monitored through negligence.
I have seen in many schools that the class hours have already passed, but the teachers are sitting at the round table and holding meetings and they are laughing and laughing. Students are sitting in the classroom and they are shouting randomly. On one hand, the teachers are rejoicing and on the other hand, the students are gossiping in the classroom as they wish and wasting their valuable time.
At the end of the day, it is seen that when the exams come, the teachers and the students are very worried. Basically, this issue is having a very bad impact on our society and I think it will bring a very big disaster to education.
No nation can progress without education. Therefore, our education system is essential. Students are the most neglected. Although students go to school regularly, teachers do not arrange suitable classes in schools. That is, students are being spoiled due to a lack of proper monitoring of students and I believe this wholeheartedly.
Moreover, there are some institutions in which students are kept under strict surveillance and are treated harshly and badly. As a result, students are afraid to go to school and their mentality becomes very weak and students break down. When students go to school in a depressed state, they do not pay any attention to their studies.
To attract the attention of students, they definitely need some entertainment. Therefore, entertainment can be arranged for them by giving classes five days a week and half a class one day. If entertainment is arranged in schools, it helps to reduce the mental stress of students and increases their mental cheerfulness.
Picnics play a very important role in increasing the beauty of students' minds. Therefore, any picnic can be organised by the school at least once a year. Cultural and sports events can be organised through picnics. All these initiatives have a very positive impact on the lives of our children and help improve their mental health.
Moreover, all the factors causing chaos in educational settings should be monitored. Only if the parents of the students take action can effective solutions be found to address these problems. However, for this, students, parents and teachers will have to work together. We can build an educated nation, and I think an educated nation will work towards changing our society.
