The role of a teacher in a student's life

I hope you are all doing well on this wonderful day.. Today I want to write a post about the role of a teacher among you and how it affects the lives of students.

Essentially, we all recognise that a teacher is an individual who makes a significant contribution to the development of students. After a child is born, they first receive education from their family. After receiving education from the family, that child gradually tries to improve their own life. Then a child is admitted to a primary school and is handed over to a teacher. Now all the responsibilities of the family are over and a teacher takes the responsibility of that child and prepares himself to make the child a human being.

A teacher is said to be the craftsman who builds a person's life. A child is born and he learns the natural ideals from his family. However, the role of an ideal teacher in illuminating the life of a child or a student is immense. Because a small child masters every manner of life and every moment of life from his teacher. The qualities and character of the teacher pass into the student and a teacher is said to be an icon or idol of thousands of students. Just as an Easter can be an ideal or model for the whole world, a teacher can be an icon for the whole student or the whole nation.

If you want, you can entrust your child to a good teacher. Because every teacher is a craftsman who builds people. If a teacher wants, he can give a beautiful and enlightened world to the students. Again, if the same teacher wants, he can destroy the lives of students, it is not a matter in their hands.

The most expensive and valuable word in this world is the name of a teacher. A teacher applies all the hard work of his life to the lives of the students. He tries to apply the qualities and contributions of the teacher to the students. In this case, sometimes teachers have to be strict and treat students harshly. No matter how strict a teacher may be, he or she has in mind the contribution of making students better. That is, teachers play a role in making students human beings. But sometimes it is seen that when it comes to disciplining students, teachers are tortured, insulted, or threatened by the students' families. I think this is a very shameful issue for our entire society. Because every teacher wants to discipline his or her students and make them human beings. For this, teachers sometimes behave well and sometimes try to teach students something good by being strict. And when students get hurt by that behavior and have to resort to their families. But families misunderstand and treat teachers inhumanely and insult them. This is in no way consistent with the dignity of teachers.

We, the teachers, must keep in mind that every student considers teachers as icons. So we should always treat students well. No student should be hurt by any words of the teacher. We should always behave well in front of students and avoid harsh behaviour. Because a child first starts learning from a teacher. Although in the initial stage, students learn some lessons from their families. But then when students start learning from the teacher, this time is very important. Because a student embodies the whole character of a teacher and in this way, he tries to manage his future life. If the teacher behaves well, then the students learn good behaviour, on the other hand, harsh behaviour creates fear in the minds of the students and hardens their minds. Therefore, every teacher should not use inappropriate language in front of the students. Never abuse them and if they misbehave, definitely explain to them and give them knowledge about it so that they do not do that thing again.

I know that every teacher is respectful to us. But even then, we do not want the entire teacher society to be insulted by some teachers. Every teacher is an expert in building a beautiful and bright future for students. May the life of every teacher be beautiful. May their behaviour stir the minds of our children and illuminate the lives of our children. This is our main wish and expectation.
