Basically, how do you see inspiration in student life?
A student needs a lot of inspiration in his life. Because if he gets inspiration, any person can do something good in life. Exactly the same activities are completed in a student's life.

When a student studies in the classroom and is able to manage his activities, he should be encouraged. Suppose sir is taking a math class in your classroom. A math seemed very complicated to you. Then the teacher went to the blackboard and showed you the math well. After finishing the math well, you all said okay sir, we have understood the matter well and we have no problem understanding this whole math now.

Now the question is? If sir again asks a student to solve the math, what will the student do here. The student will start doing the math on the blackboard directly. If the student can do the math, then he should be encouraged here. Although he has learned the math from sir and he has solved the math. But even then, the fact that he quickly grasped a difficult task in an easy way and was able to do the math with the proof of his brain deserves real praise. If that student is inspired and encouraged, that student can do even better.

We have different schools. Basically, students are discouraged there. When the teacher asks a student about a subject, sometimes a student gives a wrong answer. And the teacher and the students make fun and laugh a lot for giving that wrong answer. As a result, that student does not show interest in any other subject later. He has doubts in his mind and thinks that if he makes a mistake again, everyone will make fun of him. So later he tells the teacher about what he knows that he did not understand the matter. But here is a solution for the teacher and the students. Although a student said a mistake, the matter should have been explained to that student again. It is never right to make fun of him or make fun of the students. In this case, a lot of pressure is put on the motivation of the students and it disrupts the brain of the students.

Basically, encouragement and motivation work very well for students. When a student learns one percent of his/her education, he/she needs 10% motivation. When a student is proficient in 10 percent of the subject, he/she needs to provide 50% motivation and celebration. And in this way, through gradual motivation, a student can make his/her life more beautiful and strong. Motivation and encouragement play a very important role in making his/her education life more rich and beautiful.
