Yeah. The dragons have fastened the arrival of the warm Queen Rhaenyra was still trying all her best to avoid the war but with the death of her son, it will trigger her and make her start the war from her side.
The news is that Aemond killed Lucerys, but no one knows for a fact that the dragons acted on their own.
Now the look on Rhaenyra's face at the end signifies war. There is no other interpretation to it. She is really angry and would act based on the anger.
Yeah all the stress and tragedy that Rhaenyra's gone through has been so heavy. Seeing her learn of her son's death form Daemon was extra tragic. They did a very good job of demonstrating her anger so silently. That was definitely a face that had war written all over it.
