Hello and welcome to the 4TH edition of Cine TV Community Spotlight. In a bid to boost engagement and interaction in the community, as well as showcase the work of deserving authors, the Cine TV Spotlight Series has begun.
And it’s all simple. At the end of every week, we spotlight works by authors based on the content, originality, style and word count. It is not a contest but just our way of creating exposure for the works that we enjoyed throughout the week and to also boost exceptionally written content by our authors. Simply put, give it your best and have fun while at it, and then we showcase your work here.
So, in no particular order, here are the authors spotlighted for our debut segment:

Title: The Others (2001)
For those of us who are fans of psychological horror, it is normal that this film comes to mind, and although it has more suspenseful overtones, the way in which the plot plays with your mind by showing things, sounds and apparitions that in the end are not real is something that makes this film very good. Not to mention the ending, which completely blows your mind by showing how all the things that have been happening throughout the film have had a much more unreal and unmatched response than one would expect.

Title: Civil War
The fact that the journalists trying to portray what happened are as comfortable as if the war was a computer game and the character who was killed was revived and continued his life from where he left off can be frustrating at some point, but it is not difficult to realize that this is the only basis for their ability to reflect what happened with all its nakedness. Especially the cold-bloodedness and dull colors used in the characters contribute to the atmosphere of chaos and the uncertainty that war brings.

Title: My Penguin Friend
As a father, I can’t begin to imagine what João must have gone through and this Brazilian-American adventure film inspired by a true story only sealed the thoughts I have had regarding human and animal relationships. Friendships and bonds can be forged in the most oddest ways with the most oddest species. The hate we experience in the world today is only man’s doing and wholesome movies like this send a haul of a message.

Title: Top 5 Movies Based on True Events
This is an unpopular movie because it is a real case that happened in Italy. In a small town where crimes rarely happen, a girl named Yara dies at the hands of a man who wanted to rape her and because she resisted he hit her in the head and left her fainted. The girl eventually died of hypothermia. Although her death was quite unexpected, she was considered missing and when she was found it was too late.

Title: Review of The Front Room
I was glad to see Brandy on screen again (it's been a while) and had expectations but her role here isn't inspiring as much. Her skill wasn't put to effective use. I would blame that on the script and the directing, there's only so much this fine actress can do. She starts out as this demure wife and daughter-in-law and quickly turns into this almost-scary mother who must do what she can to protect her family. Still, her acting is not bad.

It will be possible to see and know how the police associate with the criminals and punish ordinary people as criminals without any crime to complete their work.
