That's the thing no one knows it's a video game except him also he is afraid to die in the game because he thinks if he's dead then the real body will die as well now he just trying to find his old friends hoping to be reunited with them.

Ah, so even though he knows that it's a video game, he's afraid to die in the game, like everyone else who doesn't know it's a video game, so it's just like life, in which case the same ethical and moral rules should apply.
