[PL / ENG] Biały Lotos / The White Lotus [SE3, 2025]
Trzeci sezon trzyma poziom poprzednich i ogółem muszę przyznać, że cały serial Biały Lotos bardzo przypadł mi do gustu.
The third season maintains the level of the previous ones and overall I must admit that I really liked the entire White Lotus series.
W tym sezonie jest chyba więcej scen wyuzdanych, jakby twórcy chcieli czymś bardziej przyciągnąć widzów, ale to wcale nie było takie konieczne, bo i bez tego klimat luksusowego ośrodka w Tajlandii jest przyciągający. Postaci nie kryształowe - a jednak dają się polubić, nawet mimo, że mogą się zdawać z początku odpychające. Oczywiście wiemy, że będzie zbrodnia, ale nie wiemy, kogo będzie dotyczyć - a akcja serialu rozwija się tak, że potencjalnych kandydatów do strzelaniny jest co najmniej kilku.
This season seems to feature more lewd scenes, as if the creators were trying to entice viewers with something more, but that wasn't necessary, as the atmosphere of the luxurious Thai resort is captivating enough. The characters aren't exactly stellar, yet they're likable, even though they might seem off-putting at first. Of course, we know there's going to be a crime, but we don't know who it will involve, and the series develops so that there are at least a few potential candidates for the shooting.
Bardzo podobała mi się gra męskich bohaterów przeżywających swoje dramaty (Walton Goggins jako Rick, Jason Isaacs jako Timothy). Z damskich postaci urzekła przede wszystkim Aimee Lou Wood, ale zachwycające były również trzy piękne przyjaciółki oraz lekutko nieprzytomna Parker Posey.
I really enjoyed the performances of the male characters going through their own dramas (Walton Goggins as Rick, Jason Isaacs as Timothy). Among the female characters, Aimee Lou Wood was particularly captivating, but the three beautiful friends and the slightly dizzy Parker Posey were also captivating.
Sezon oglądałam długo z przyczyn niezależnych ode mnie, ale nawet mimo długich przerw pomiędzy odcinkami byłam w to mocno wciągnięta. Czekamy na czwarty sezon i nie mam wątpliwości, że też będzie fajny.
It took me a long time to watch this season for reasons beyond my control, but even with the long breaks between episodes, I was deeply drawn in. We're looking forward to the fourth season, and I have no doubt it will be just as good.

Season Description
The third season of Mike White's Emmy-winning series follows various hotel guests for a week in Thailand. This time, three friends traveling together appear: a laid-back British woman with an older boyfriend, and a wealthy Southern couple with three adult children. Behind the scenes, White Lotus Hawaii Spa Manager Belinda Lindsey participates in an educational exchange, while the local staff grapples with the island's growing security threats.
