Furies

Been a long time since I watched an action-packed movie. Like when I say action I mean a movie where you will enjoy a lot of fighting in most scenes. There are different levels to fighting. Some of which are film tricks and some are just as real.

At first when I heard the title of the movie “Furies” then I knew it would be a movie where most of them would be so furious 😂. And I think they really played their part by being furious fighters.

The movie was about a kid and her mother who happened to be a victim of some rapist. She was trying to have a change of heart from the kind of person she thought she was to a new person. She has it in mind that she has a dark spirit inside of her but her mother tried to change her mindset.

She lost her mother along the line and that made her wander across the street. It became the beginning of her suffering as she was even attacked by other street thugs.

Luckily she was able to find her helper, the lady who came to her rescue, washed her up, and made her a different type of person from the street beggar she once was.

Her dark side never allowed her to trust anyone. She was just so naive and neutral.

Intermission

At some point, Bi and the other two girls who became a family and were well-trained in martial arts were asked to perform some tasks to prove their loyalty to their helper. On that note, they lost one of them to the thugs.

This is where the real action started in the movie, to see how these girls are giving their best. I still found it hard to believe that they were ladies but could fight so much as that.

Mission accomplished, but Bi never trusted her helper who was the boss. It was time to end the movie then a twist happened that will get you flashbacks to the early beginning or maybe backward the movie just to understand why it happened that way.

I enjoyed the plot twist as it threw some life lessons at me. It shows that at times it is best if one can follow their instincts or mindset about something and not just fall or follow the crowd.

We all have our thoughts and beliefs about a particular thing. If we don't have a free mind then it's best to work alongside our thoughts.

Bi didn’t trust her helper from the beginning but was convinced by her co sisters who happened to see her help as something good. In the real sense, she had no plans for them other than to use and dump them when the mission was over.

I am 100% sure you would like to watch the betrayal aspect of it. You can only triumph then you trust less and act more. Bi was so observant and it gave her the best of herself. She became the only survivor at the end of it all.

Though she was sentenced to jail and imprisoned for about 15 years, she came out alive in the end.

I enjoyed every scene in the movie, though I just have to focus more on the subtitles because it's not an English movie. It's still worth watching.

If I am to rate the movie on a scale of 10 then I am ranking it a 8/10. It has an interesting plot and a nice plot twist too. If you have a hit for action movies then I recommend Furies.
