DALL-E3 is better. I got it on Nightcafe as a model choice as well, but I don't use it that often, because it costs a multiple more than the Lightning models I usually use.
Idk what prompt you used, I simply wrote HAPPY NEW YEAR 2025 and let 'Enhanced Prompt' flesh it out a bit:
