RE: Bulgaria: The return of skilled workers? Reality of myth?

I recently read that many Bulgarians have left Germany to return to Bulgaria but are keeping their jobs in Germany. A German legal arrangement allows them to do this. It's perfect: German salaries and Bulgarian expenses.
