You had me until the grapes. I just can't do fruit with savory for some reason. There are probably exceptions. If this had been olives, I likely would have been all in. Might have been too salty though. The fruit probably helped cut some of that. I love chorizo. Our local butcher makes their own and it is quite tasty.

Yes it works too with olives and it does give it a different taste.
Chorizo is great, I have it in all shapes, and use some to make a great Spanish omelette at weekends. That is cool that your butcher makes some.
yeah, the stuff they make is ground so you can use it like sausage. I just bought a nice salami selection from this private vendor. It came with a regular salami, an Italian salami and some pepperoni. It was really fantastic. I'm down to my last section of it and I am kind of sad...
