My idea is that
0.1 is a tip with a paid ad line (after all, listnerds is about marketing) which will cost the advertiser 0.11
And in other cases 0.01

Oh, I like that idea. 0.1 Listnerds is a generous tip even at the current low prices.
Will the tip receiver be able to choose between the bigger tip + ad or the smaller tip with no ad?
