It seems summer has arrived there!
The same situation here mate. Buying a house has almost become dream due to the increased housing prices and credit rates. Renting is much more sensible than buying.

We are still struggling with bad weather, but it is coming. That's why I pulled out these photos from last year to share—when it was much better weather. 😃
I saw it was 20 C or more, advantage of being at much more south :)
