Living close to the beach in a relatively small town with basic and good infrastructure is a dream for many. Good wide roads that connect different parts of the city and beyond is a big plus in my books. Traffic jams are the norm at where I live currently.

It looks like traffic jams are a reality everywhere... The problem with these relatively old towns is that you can't build wide roads as houses are built in the age of donkeys and horses... hehehehe... narrow streets + trying to stay in the shade during the hot summer days...
