EDUCATION - CHANGES ARE NECESSARY / EDUCAÇÃO - MUDANÇAS SÃO NECESSÁRIAS (EN/PT)

In Brazil, basic education, which encompasses early childhood, elementary, and secondary education, is a recognized right for all its inhabitants. Education is an ongoing process, and the Brazilian education system offers aspects that contribute to personal, intellectual, social, informal, and cultural development, fostering individual skills that will be used for full social coexistence. Learning becomes part of daily life.

Personally, I believe the Brazilian education system suffers from many shortcomings: a lack of adequate infrastructure in some institutions; most schools have not kept up with the world's technological developments; society's self-depreciation, which discredits education; the devaluation of professionals within this system; subjects with outdated curricula in light of the world's imminent evolution; among other issues.

All subjects within the educational curriculum are relevant to the development of children and young people; however, I believe that some specific subjects, such as History, should undergo curriculum changes. Students mention that the history taught to everyone is about the world, not Brazil. I believe that Brazilian content should predominate. In my view, there's no point in knowing what happened in the past and in countless places around the world if you don't know your own history.

I wouldn't remove any subjects from the Brazilian educational curriculum; however, I would add subjects that would contribute to the future of young people, such as FINANCIAL MATHEMATICS. Although this topic is included in the syllabus for Mathematics, such knowledge is too broad for a few days classes; other subject is EDUCATIONAL COMPUTING: Learning the basics of computing and gaining a practical understanding of its dangers; is a way to alert young people and their families to the harmful effects of the virtual world; that is, subjects that serve as a transitional role between the reality of the world before the digital age: the present.

Helping young people develop and evolve their thinking for the future is beneficial for world.

No Brasil, a educação básica, que abrange a educação infantil, o ensino fundamental e o ensino médio, é um direito reconhecido a todos os seus habitantes. A educação é um processo contínuo, e o sistema educacional brasileiro oferece aspectos que contribuem para o desenvolvimento pessoal, intelectual, social, informal e cultural, fomentando habilidades individuais que serão utilizadas para a plena convivência social. A aprendizagem torna-se parte do cotidiano.

Pessoalmente, acredito que o sistema educacional brasileiro sofre de muitas deficiências: falta de infraestrutura adequada em algumas instituições; a maioria das escolas não acompanhou os desenvolvimentos tecnológicos do mundo; a autodepreciação da sociedade, que desprestigia a educação; a desvalorização dos profissionais dentro desse sistema; disciplinas com currículos desatualizados diante da iminente evolução do mundo; entre outras questões.

Todas as disciplinas do currículo educacional são relevantes para o desenvolvimento de crianças e jovens; no entanto, acredito que algumas disciplinas específicas, como História, devem passar por mudanças curriculares. Os alunos mencionam que a história ensinada a todos é sobre o mundo, não sobre o Brasil. Acredito que o conteúdo brasileiro deva predominar. Na minha opinião, de nada adianta saber o que aconteceu no passado e em inúmeros lugares do mundo se você não conhece a sua própria história.

Eu não removeria nenhuma disciplina do currículo educacional brasileiro; no entanto, acrescentaria disciplinas que contribuiriam para o futuro dos jovens, como MATEMÁTICA FINANCEIRA. Embora este tópico esteja incluído no currículo de Matemática, tal conhecimento é muito amplo para aulas de poucos dias; outra disciplina é COMPUTAÇÃO EDUCACIONAL: aprender os fundamentos da computação e obter uma compreensão prática de seus perigos; é uma forma de alertar os jovens e suas famílias sobre os efeitos nocivos do mundo virtual; ou seja, disciplinas que servem como um papel de transição entre a realidade do mundo anterior à era digital: o presente.

Ajudar os jovens a desenvolver e evoluir seu pensamento para o futuro é benéfico para o mundo.
