Yesterday's match was a great one, with Paris Saint-Germain securing a narrow victory over Bayern Munich

Yesterday's #ChampionsLeague match was pure magic. Perhaps not so much for some, given the high number of goals and their preference for a more defensive style over an offensive one, but what was shown in the first leg of the semifinal is something to remember. The best part is that the second leg is still to come, which will be next Wednesday, with everything still to play for. It seems there's no advantage when two teams with incredible goal-scoring potential face off, but that narrow lead that Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) secured is important, though not decisive, of that I'm sure.

One of the highlights of the game was PSG's efficiency with their shots on goal—I think they had five—and the same number of goals, capitalizing on every small opening Bayern Munich gave them to take a three-goal lead. However, in a flurry of attacks, Bayern Munich pulled two goals back to get close to a draw in the final minutes. At the same time, they could have conceded another goal in the dying seconds.

Perhaps in those final minutes it was more noticeable due to physical fatigue from the constant back-and-forth action. We also need to see how some of the players who picked up knocks recover for next week, where they'll give their all to advance to the #ChampionsLeague final. They'll surely be favorites to lift the title because of their style of play and, of course, the individual quality of each player on their talented squad, brimming with enthusiasm and eager to arrive at the World Cup in just over 40 days with sky-high spirits.

I'll say goodbye, Hivers friends, with this short summary of the first leg of the semifinal, where PSG triumphed over Bayern. But it's not a significant advantage, so we have another great match (the second leg) in Germany. There will most likely be a short summary next week here in the @sportsblock community, with everything already decided for the final to be played in Budapest.
