Can you imagine what it will be like if stress really has a voice? Because if you look at the life people are living enduring alot of pressure's either from work or family, trying to solve problems that cannot be tolerated or ignored and as a result pilling up alot of stress in the process and if stress had a voice at that point,it will definitely ask to be freed from it's cage within you in other to gain peace and it will do so not in Whispers but by screaming loud so that it could be heard. You see the thing about stress is that it has no voice to speak but there are divers ways it can manifest itself so that it could be noticed especially when things don't work out the way you planned it thereby accumulating alot of pressure on you or when you are been constantly criticised at work even when you are doing the right thing
At times when a problem stays too much occupying your mind with no solution to it can also lead to alot of stress and at that point it reflects on our actions, thoughts, emotions and will even trigger a reaction as a result. At some point it manifest when an external pressure is being applied thereby leading to an outburst on who ever triggered it but sometimes it just naturally shows in the activities we engage ourselves doing even without anyone causing it.
Dealing with stress can be a very big ordeal to handle but when you are able to curtail it by controlling your emotions at that time be it anger, frustration or uncomfortability, then you have a good job at keeping it at bay for a little longer. In my case, the way I tend to handle stress whenever I am overworked or when somebody decides to be the external factor that will trigger the outburst of stress in me or when a problem ligers too much and I need to solve it as soon as possible is by taking a minute or two to calm myself down abit and reboot or if it is caused by someone then I will immediately leave the vicinity where the person is.
But if it is caused by a lingering problem then I will be moving up and down restlessly trying to find the solution and if it doesn't still work out and it seems the pressure is becoming too extreme then at that point I will find a place to take a nap because I believe a good rest or good sleep can refresh your mind and bring you fresh energy to do what you have to and even successfully accomplish what was difficult some minutes or hours ago.
We cannot avoid anything that will bring about stress in our daily activities, it can surface at any time when we least expect it to but how we handle it at that moment matters alot because not allowing yourself to be overwhelmed unnecessarily shows how in control you are in terms of pressure. I have also come to understand that when you worry less about such situations, it tends to help out alot.
