My Little Water leaf Garden .

It's a pleasure to drop my first post in the community. The post is motivated by what entry shared by @wewarriors-28 .

How is your garden? Some months ago I planted a little water leaf beside my house so that it could help me anytime I needed it for urgent cooking and I could not go to the market. I made a little bed by the side of the house, planted it, and applied a little manure. It was growing very well and serving its purpose. I used it on different occasions to cook, and at times I sold it to my neighbors. I really enjoyed and benefited from my garden. I was motivated to do this because I know we cannot buy everything, coupled with the economic situation of the country. My little water leaf garden was doing well until the rain set in.

A few weeks ago, it started raining nearly every day in this part of the world, and I noticed some of my water leaf gradually dying off. I think it was because of too much water in the soil, and also the rain kept washing away the manure that I had applied. So the water leaf was not yielding well again. I had to keep checking it.

Today, I went to observe it again and noticed it has started growing again, so I am now planning to get some manure to apply and see if it will pick up again. For the spaces left by the ones that died off, I think I will have to fix in some stems again in those spaces.

Every season has its good and bad side, and it also has a way of affecting us who are planting.Just like the dry season is affecting @wewarriors-28 in their region. U
You can read that in her recent post via the Link . In all of this, it is left for us to understand the timing and seasons. I posted here some weeks ago about how the rain affected part of my cassava, and while some were destroyed, I managed to harvest some. Now, it has also affected my little water leaf garden.

How are you coping with this rain in your own area, if it is actually raining there? Has it affected your garden in any way? How did you manage it? Tell me in the comment section.

Thanks for reading, I am @nsigo1
