I guess, I am writing on the Moonkarts game after a very long time. If you are already aware of and playing this game, then I will like to race against you, but if you haven't heard of the Moonkarts, then I would like to invite you to play Moonkarts.. Those who do not know about Moonkarts let me iterate about Moonkarts from my old post.

Moonkarts is a web3 card trading game on the Hive Blockchain which is a bold fusion of the high-octane kart racing and the lucrative framework of play-to-earn gaming. And best part of this game is that you can currently play this game in browser without downloading any executable files. Also this is Player vs Player game in the multiplayer mode. Multiplayer mode allows many player to join a race and all the players compete with each other to finish in the top positions in the race. If you are not ready to play in the multiplayer races, then you can take part in the Single player mode , where one can do kart racing alone in the tracks

I started Moonkarts season 28 with a positive note to do better, as I have dipped in my performance in season 27 after a very good season 26. I was committed to increasing my performance so that I could surpass my performance of season 26, but due to my exhausting schedule, I was not able to play much after day 1 of season 28, and in the end, my performance was further dipped.

As you can see from the above screenshot that I had earned 5341 COLONY as Ranked Leaderboard winnings and earned 326 COLONY for Orbital Leader Winnings. This make my overall Colony rewards of the 5667 COLONY tokens.
If I check my season 27 performance post , I earned 7625 COLONY.

So in the Season 27, I got 6902 COLONY in ranked rewards and 723 COLONY in the Orbital rewards. Overall, COLONY rewards are now 7625 COLONY.

Season 26 was my best season where I earned 10132 COLONY.

Overall, I earned 10132 COLONY tokens. I claimed all these tokens and staked them along with my airdropped and purchased tokens.

So my current goal in this season is to at least get more than 10000 COLONY tokens as rewards.

Purchased FUEL to earn more.

I currently come to know that one does not need to have to burn FUEL to claim the ranked leaderboard rewards, but if one wants to earn the COLONY in Orbital Leaderboard rewards the one needs to burn FUEL. If I am able to earn 2500 COLONY in orbital leaderboard rewards, it will offset my cost of purchasing FUEL. Also I am not aiming to burn all of this FUEL in single season, so getting 1250 COLONY in Orbital rewards will be helpful in offsetting the cost. On the other hand, I was thinking to go FUEL less and not buying any FUEL, but I felt that buying from the market gives a whole ecosystem a push and motivation to the players. And if I am in a situation to spend on it so why shouldn't I spend and take a shot at better rewards?

But I know, there are some players who play FUEL less , leaving all their orbital rewards, but I do not blame them if they are newbies and struggling players, because the game still provides an internal market to purchase FUEL. Also it is not easy to get Orbitals in the game with lower karts due to handling issues. Also game matchmaking can pair you against strong players, and it can ruin all of your chances to earn irrespective of fact that you burned FUEL or not.
