Some days I train because I feel motivated… and some days I train because I refuse to give up on myself.
Life changed a lot after losing my husband. There were moments when I honestly thought I wouldn’t be able to keep going, especially while trying to stay strong for my child. But little by little, I learned that healing also happens in silence, in routines, in small victories no one notices.
The gym became one of those places where I can clear my mind, breathe, and remind myself that I’m still building a future. Not just for today, but for the version of me that wants financial freedom, peace, and a life where I can spend more time with the people I love.
It’s not easy, but I’m proud that I haven’t stopped trying. 🤍

Your post was deeply moving, especially the way you described training not just for motivation, but as a way of refusing to give up after losing your husband. I also really felt the part about the gym becoming a place for quiet healing, small victories, and building a future with more peace and financial freedom for you and your child. Since you’re already sharing that journey here, InLeo Threads could be a great way to post those small day-by-day moments, and hivestats.io might be helpful later if you want to track your Hive growth as you build. What kind of training routine has helped you the most on the hardest days?
