Today was a professionally challenging yet educational day for me. I worked on a highly complex issue involving a CRM machine. Tasks of this nature are quite rare. Suddenly, the machine indicated that the 'retract' section of the reject box was full. The interesting thing about this problem is that the sensor can trigger a false full signal even when there is no cash inside.

Initially, I attempted to resolve the issue using standard procedures. I thoroughly cleaned all the sensors in the reject transport section, assuming that dust or debris was causing false readings. However, the cleaning did not solve the problem, and the error persisted.

I realized then that routine maintenance would not suffice for such a complex issue. Consequently, I decided to replace the entire reject transport unit. I immediately informed the office and submitted a requisition for the necessary spare parts. The office promptly dispatched the new components to me.

Upon receiving the new part, I proceeded with great caution. After nearly an hour of painstaking effort, I successfully installed the new reject transport unit into the machine. I carefully checked every connection and screw to ensure the job was done correctly. When I powered on the machine after completing the work, it functioned perfectly Alhamdulillah. The machine is now processing transactions normally without displaying any errors. This entire process provided me with a valuable technical experience that will boost my confidence in handling similar complex issues in the future.
