A wonderful evening at the fish market and the experience of buying fresh koi fish.

Assalamu Alaikum, I am starting my post today by wishing everyone good health. Today I have come to you again with a wonderful post. Honestly, I am constantly trying to stay active and post regularly. Even in the midst of work, I really like to share the small beautiful moments of daily life with everyone. The simple experiences around us are often great memories.

Anyway, I went to the fish market this evening. So, I wanted to buy some fish there. The wonderful atmosphere of the market and the collection of fresh fish of various colors were very nice to see. After reaching the fish market, I saw quite a few koi fish. Honestly, I really like koi fish and my family loves to eat koi fish. I could not control my greed after seeing the fresh koi fish arranged on the plate. And koi fish is quite nutritious. Especially when koi fish is fried, my children like to eat it. Crispy koi fish fried with hot rice or light broth is a very popular dish for everyone.

However, after bringing the koi fish home, it becomes quite difficult to cut them because they have very fine and sharp spines. Due to these spines, it is quite difficult to cut them. Many times, the hands get pierced and blood comes out. So, one has to be very careful while cleaning these fish. There is a fear of sharp spines sticking out of the fingers if one moves a little. Still, this difficulty can be accepted with a smile, thinking about the preferences of everyone in the family.

Anyway, I bought about two kilograms of koi fish and came home. After returning from the market, I put the fish carefully in a container. Later, I helped my wife a lot. Together, we cut the koi fish and prepared them neatly. Because my wife could not do this alone. Removing the sliminess on the koi fish and carefully cleaning it by removing the bones and fins is quite a time-consuming task. We both completed the task together, taking a lot of time.

Anyway, together, we cut the fish and prepared it for the family, InshaAllah. My wife will cook these by tomorrow and we will eat them. We are all waiting for the delicious dishes of fresh koi fish. I hope that these fish will taste great during the meal after cooking.
