A Challenging Pocket Replacement in a CRM 61 Machine.

Yesterday, I faced a very complex problem in a very busy CRM 61 machine. This is an important machine of Pubali Bank, where a large number of transactions are completed every day. The specialty of this machine is that it is possible to receive both deposit and withdrawal services at the same time. Therefore, keeping the machine operational is very important to ensure uninterrupted banking services to the customers.

For the past few days, several deposit-related problems were occurring in this machine. To check the matter, I went to the machine yesterday and started inspecting it in detail. While checking, I realized that one of the important parts of the machine, the pocket pusher plate, was jammed. Due to this problem, the deposit process was not being carried out properly.

After identifying the problem, I quickly informed the office. Later, arrangements were made to send a new pocket from the office. Then the work of installing the new pocket began. Since the work was quite complicated, I had to work patiently and attentively for about an hour and a half. Finally, I was able to install the new pocket successfully.

Finally, I completed the necessary tests and brought the machine back to working condition. After that, the machine started handling transactions normally and smoothly.

Being able to solve such complex problems is a joy and satisfaction for me as a technician. Every successful solution gives me new experience and inspiration to work more efficiently in the future.
