Traditional village jhal pitha and a joyful moment of experience.
In our Bengali culture, the appeal of homemade pithapuli from the village is always different. Recently, a relative from our village home made some traditional pitha for us with utmost love. My heart was filled with joy just by seeing the pitha.
This was a very authentic and traditional village jhal pitha. Made with a great combination of rice flour and dried fish, both the taste and aroma of this pitha were extraordinary. The taste that is found in this type of jhal pitha made by the hands of the village people is not often found in the mechanical life of the city.
We enjoyed these delicious jhal pitha with jhal jhal beef broth. The pairing of jhal pitha with hot beef broth is truly incomparable. A wonderful combination of the excellent taste of spices and pure taste was available in every bite. It was undoubtedly a very satisfying and delicious meal.
It was a great opportunity for the whole family to sit together and enjoy this traditional meal while talking. In the midst of a busy life, this love of relatives and the taste of traditional Bengali food touched our hearts. All in all, we enjoyed this wonderful meal through a very beautiful and joyful moment surrounded by the love of family and love.
