I made fuchka for the guests.

This evening, our house suddenly became very busy. Some dear guests suddenly arrived. Entertaining guests is an integral part of our culture, so as much as there was joy, there was also a little worry. I was thinking, what kind of breakfast can be arranged for them in such a short time. Sweets or biscuits are common foods of all times, I wanted to make something special that everyone would like.

After thinking a lot, the idea of making fuchka suddenly came to mind. Fuchka is a food that everyone loves, regardless of age. And the taste of sweet and sour fuchka with hot and sticky fuchka is different. Fortunately, all the ingredients for making fuchka were stored at home. Boiling potatoes and dabli, preparing spices, making tamarind water and chutney.

I quickly went to the kitchen. In a very short time, I prepared the fuchkas for serving with the magic of mashed potatoes and spices. When the guests saw the fuchkas placed on the table, the expressions on their faces told how happy they were. Everyone sat in a circle, eating fuchkas and laughing, the time became wonderful in an instant.

Everyone enjoyed the food with great satisfaction, which I was very happy to see. But the children of the house were the happiest. The smiles and mischief on their faces made the whole atmosphere more lively. A simple evening of a short time thus turned into an extraordinary memory with the love of our loved ones. Honestly, any moment becomes sweeter if there is a touch of love even in a small arrangement.
