Bata fish fry and the joy of lunch with family.

In our daily lives, food is associated with a lot of joy, love and beautiful moments. Especially in making your own favorite food for the whole family, there is a different kind of satisfaction. Today I decided to fry delicious bata fish for my family.

You all know that bata fish is a very famous fish in our country. This fish is very delicious to eat and if you cook it properly, its taste becomes truly incomparable. However, bata fish is not usually available in our area. So when this fish is available in the market, I don't want to miss the opportunity to eat it.

A few days ago, my husband bought some bata fish for our family. I also liked the fish very much. So today I prepared to cook those fish. First, I cut the fish well and cleaned it. Then I mixed some turmeric, chili and a little spice with the fish and left it for a while, so that the spices mix well with the fish.

Then I heated a sufficient amount of soybean oil in a pan and started frying the fish one by one. While frying the fish, I had to make sure that the fish were fried well and both sides were beautifully golden. The beautiful aroma that spread while frying the fish in hot oil really increased my appetite. While frying the fish, I also felt that today's lunch was going to be quite interesting.

The joy of preparing food with my own hands is different for family members. The joy of enjoying simple food prepared with love by the whole family is much greater than expensive food or fancy arrangements. And fried fish is no exception. I really like eating crispy fried fish with hot rice.
