Karma exists.

Karma, they say, knows the address of everyone. Hello beautiful souls, thank you for stopping by my blog. Karma, they say, knows the address of everyone. This statement is true; I have witnessed karma at work. So there was this woman in my community back then; she's now dead.

I wish I could say, "God rest her soul." Back to the main story, you know in the northern part of Nigeria, Islamic religion, to be precise, the men are allowed to marry multiple wives, so it happens that this Hausa man married a Hausa woman, but that wasn't enough for him; he wanted to have the complete wazabai in his house as his wives, like he wanted the Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba all in his house, but it didn't turn out well. After he married the Hausa wife, who was my auntie, may God rest her soul.

And the next was the Yoruba, but when the second wife, who is the Yoruba woman, came in, she wasn't ready to accommodate any more women into the house, so she went as far as getting a charm, yes, a charm. Just to protect her husband, so that no other woman could come into his life. Oh, I forgot to tell you about my auntie, my mom's older sister. She was his first wife; actually, the Yoruba woman killed her. I will tell you how; keep reading. And you know one thing with most Hausa people: they are good at charms, so the charms she did to tie her husband down didn't work, because he also had his own charms; probably his was stronger than hers, and the man was rich, because I could remember then that he was into cars.

She wanted all his money for herself and her kids, but seeing that he wasn't ready to stay with only her, she killed the man and claimed all his wealth for herself and her kids. As time went on, she fell ill with one sickness that has no cure; karma came for her. It was a mystery that till date no one is able to explain what kind of illness it was. Because she was taken to so many hospitals, yet there were no good results; rather, the sickness was getting worse. After spending all that she had saved, they decided to just keep her in the house. And wait for her end.

So the children woke up someday and saw that Maggots were coming out of their mother's private part. She knew that she wasn't going to survive again, and she sent for my cousins, my auntie's kids, to seek for their forgiveness, because she was responsible for their mother's death. She poisoned her, just so she could have their husband all to herself. A few days before her death, she started eating the hair from her private part; people were coming in and out to see and hear her confession.

She killed about five women who wanted to marry her husband... Karma indeed came for her, and she paid in full. Her children later relocated because of shame. So yes, karma is real; I have seen it at work. Thank you for stopping by.

What in the earth? That payback definitely fit her. I don't want to play judge, but there's a song we sing in my culture, "God will never let you rest until you face the same pain you caused another."

May your auntie continue resting in peace❤️.
