Why People Take Less Love Than They Deserve

I know that some of us may have been wondering or even asked ourselves this question so many times but just cant find an answer. Love is very hard to explain or understand as it is a thing of mystery, i have been in love before and i recommend being in love with someone that loves and respect you.

Most people do not accept less because they are unsure of their value thats also how fear sets in. Now they are afraid so they accept less, they now love being alone and at the same time they are afraid to start over.
In many relationships people are already fed up but for some reason they still stay, sometimes the reason they stay is because they are afraid this might be the best they will ever get. They leave when it feels like it is more than they can handle not because they're really happy.

We ignore warning signs. Think they are just phases. We remember the times so we make excuses for bad behavior and then we start hold ing on to the hope that things will get better of which it never happens in most cases because those signs are behaviours that are already part of the other person. At some point in time we start to get used to it and we become more patient or try to understand more, until we realize we have been settling for less. It takes time to get used to less, It happens very slowly. Then suddenly you get used to things not being right.

Love should not be something that confuses you all the time.
When you are only asking for things it should not feel like you are asking for too much. True love is safe. It is not perfect. It is not dramatic. It is just safe. You can talk safely. You can tell the truth safely. You can be yourself without having to prove it all the time. A lot of us prefer to know what we are getting even if it is not good than taking a chance, on something unknown.

To walk away is to trust yourself.. After spending a lot of time feelings and memories that can be scary.. Eventually you get tired. Tired of expressing your feelings? Tired of lowering your standards? I am tired of being thought of too much. Then it hits you. Love was never supposed to make you feel like you are too much. You were never too much.
