Inclusion of people with disabilities in society: challenges and possibilities

Every child in the world is born with an infinite blessing from the Creator. After being in the mother's womb for ten months and ten days, a child comes into this world. After a child comes into the world, he starts living his life naturally. But due to some mistake of the parents, a child is born with a disability and this is not his own responsibility or mistake. Rather, due to the mistake of the parents, a child is born with a disability in our society.

Moreover, due to the lack of sufficient vitamins in the mother's womb, the child can become disabled. Be it visually impaired or physically disabled.

A child is born with a disability, this is not an obstacle or an excuse. Rather, if you can do some good work with that child or help and support him, then only progress in society is possible. Otherwise, if you neglect him while he is disabled, then it is not possible to expect anything from him. And this is the challenging thing, a disabled child must be given employment opportunities according to his own skills and a good prospect must be created for him. As if a disabled person could control the keys to his own life and manage himself.

It is not a child's fault that he is disabled after birth. But it will be a crime only when his family is weak and neglects him.

So now the question may be? Can a disabled child work. Or how can we make him work as a challenge in this society.

Basically, when a disabled child is born, he must first get tested through good medical care. If the doctor takes the matter under treatment, then he must be treated well and efforts must be made to eliminate his problem. The second thing is very important. Even if the doctor declares the child completely useless, there is nothing to be disappointed about. Rather, he must be encouraged by being by his side.

The biggest challenge is that you have to play an important role in educating your child in the subject that he is good at. Imagine that your child cannot walk by birth. But all other organ movements are quite good. So what can you do in that case??

The matter is very simple, if your thinking is right. Only if a child is born crippled, it is not his own fault. Rather, the child is born crippled due to the lack of maximum vitamin D in the mother's stomach during pregnancy.

In that case, the matter of a boy is that he has to be educated in good quality technology education. For this, a good quality chair has to be arranged as a means of his mobility. Through which he gets the opportunity to move and he has to be encouraged to teach. Even though he is crippled and cannot move, he has to be arranged with a wheelchair and he has to be made to move and he has to be made to understand that he is a normal child.

Then if you can educate him with a good quality education, you will see that he will be able to create his own employment. By doing any freelancing course, that crippled child will be able to brighten your face. That crippled child will be able to do various activities including graphic design, affiliate marketing, online marketing. So the only challenge here is to work with his morale.

Moreover, there are many disabled children who are quite neglected in various matters. If a child is hard of hearing after birth, then he is called disabled. We neglect him only if he is visually impaired or has any disability.

But disability is not something to be neglected. Rather, if we can serve children with challenges and teach them enough about the subject they are good at, then we can actually call ourselves the right person.

There are people who are hard of hearing or cannot speak after birth. But every organ of their body is quite good. In that case, if you engage that child in any sport or competition, you will see that he will do very well. It is not a complicated matter to be unable to speak or have poor hearing. Rather, if we try to develop his potential by challenging that child, you will see that the disabled child will brighten your face someday.

Disability is not a neglected issue. Rather, it is a challenging issue. If we take care of every disabled child, they will one day do something good in the society according to their creativity. Because their morale is strong. It is not their crime just to be born disabled. Rather, it will become a crime when we neglect them and consider them a burden to the society.

So let us serve and care for every disabled person. Let us stand by them and raise them with enough creativity and create the potential of the society as a challenge.

No child will be left out, be it disabled or normal. It is our sole responsibility and duty to make them challenging.
