So since I am also a human being and I want to survive in this world, eating food is an essential thing for me. I eat food constantly and of course I want those foods to be quality food even if in small quantities.
I always keep an eye on the quality of food rather than quantity. Because food is the only way for us to survive. If we eat food that is not only nutritious and healthy and only fills our stomach, then it has the potential to cause huge harm to us. Just as food helps us save our lives, on the other hand, food can push us towards death. So in that case, it is very important for us to check the quality of food before eating food.
You must have already known that various problems like food poisoning or gastric occur in our body. And if we want to keep our body healthy and beautiful, then we have to eat healthy food and healthy food regularly. Even if the quantity is less, we should always eat good quality food.
Many of us eat any food whenever we feel hungry. But in that case, I am completely different. I also eat food as soon as I feel hungry. But of course, the quality and nutritional value of that food is very important. Because I am not eating food just to fill my stomach. Rather, I am eating food to maintain my fitness and to create good health. In that case, I always try to keep an eye on the nutritional value and quantity of food.
Should food be eaten on time or when?
Food is a very important issue for our health. Basically, having a specific time for anything plays a very important role. If we do any work on time, there is a very good benefit and the continuity of work is maintained. And where the continuity of work is maintained, the success of work and the beautiful output of work is a very easy matter.
So I also eat food regularly according to a specific routine. Because if I do not eat food according to the routine, then various problems can arise in my stomach. Terrible diseases like gastritis or ulcers can settle in my stomach. So I always try to eat food regularly according to the time and routine. Because if food can be eaten at the same time every day, the stomach can digest the food well and deliver the right vitamins to different parts of the body. Moreover, it is very important to eat food according to a regular routine to create a beautiful structure of our interests. So I always eat food according to the routine.
But sometimes I keep an eye on my diet. Especially, I have a lot of fat accumulated in my stomach. And because of that, I have a pretty specific routine and quantity in my food list.
When I eat breakfast, I fill my stomach with about ninety percent of my food. I fill it with eighty percent food and the remaining 10% with water.
Then at lunch, I fill my stomach with 70% food and twenty percent water.
I have arranged my food list by filling my dinner with only 40% food and the remaining 40% water.
Because I know that rules are medicine and rules are poison. I think that if we eat the same food according to routine and eat it healthily, it is very beneficial for our body.
